OUTSTANDING! By far and away the best B&B I've stayed in. Bed was one of the most luxurious I've slept on. However, everything was high quality. Linen, towels and a new, quality shower. The owners take great care in providing the best experience possible. Generous condiments, kettle, microwave and small mini fridge. Attention to detail is impressive. The room was freshly decorated and I was shocked to hear that they try to redo every room every year during quiet season. Even the parking which I was worried about was covered by a resident's parking voucher and I had no problem out front or very close. I think the rooms vary in size, but as I was on my own, a small double was perfect. Just a great experience and I will try to restay the next time I'm in Ayr, for sure!

Just returned home after a 3 night stay at by the sea B & B and what a beautiful place to stay, everything about it was lovely from a warm welcome on arrival and having everything explained by Wilson to walking into our beautiful room which was spotlessly clean and so relaxing we even has fresh milk and water in the fridge , kit kats and a great selection of hot drinks the bathroom was modern and well decorated, great shower and comfy bed , breakfast was excellent which you can pick yourself i had the full Scottish both mornings and the black pudding was delicious I have never tated scrambled eggs as nice as the ones here they took me back to childhood when my mum used to make them and were so creamy and buttery , nothing is too much trouble here the selection at breakfast is top class even down to little scissors in the sauce bowl on the table for the sachets . So well thought out and we will definitely return next time we are in Ayr very good value for money for a stay in such a lovely property. We felt very well looked after so Thank you for your hospitality as yiu are both doing it just right ,

We just stopped here for one night in early spring. The location is very good - right between the beach and town. Our room was lovely, with good beds and very good pillows (something we've been missing on our long holiday). We didn't have breakfast but did make coffee and tea, and a flask to take on the road.

Devestating Judgement

Extremely poor accommodation. When booking online, we were told we'd have access to a lounge, garden area, and smoking area. When we arrived, we were told these belonged to the owners' private residence, and we couldn't use them! This meant myself and my family trying to spend family time in our tiny downstairs room, which only had one chair and two small beds to sit on, and we improvised a table out of a bin and book. Would sooner sleep in a tent on the beach than return here again. Even the breakfast looked awful. The scrambled egg looked strange, and the bacon tasted weird.
