Donnini Court

Donnini Court is a ground-floor apartment where everything sits at street level—living space, both bedrooms and bathrooms, and direct access via French doors to a private balcony. The layout means no stairs to negotiate, and the kitchen is equipped for real cooking: electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and freezer. One bedroom has a double bed with its own ensuite shower; the other has two singles. The main bathroom combines a bath with overhead shower. Parking for one car is on site, and wi-fi, heating, electricity, bed linen and towels are all included.

The location is the main draw. The sea sits 200 yards away, and Ayr town centre—with its shops, restaurants and bars—is within walking distance. The wider area opens up considerably: the Ayrshire Coastal Path offers 100 miles of walking with views across the Firth of Clyde to Arran. Turnberry golf course is close by. Culzean Castle, Prestwick and Troon are short drives away. Train connections from Ayr reach Glasgow, Stirling and Edinburgh. This is not a smoking property.
