The waiting and bar staff are unreal here, I was here for work so by myself and they made me feel so welcome and at home. Super professional but also lovely and chatty too. The food was out of this world, one of the best meals I’ve had in ages! I can’t wait to come back to Ayr!

Excellent rooms very clean. has private side entrance to rooms with private car parking at the back . Front entrance to attached restaraunt . Very clean . Welcoming and reasonible priced menu. Situated just down road from town center. Local shops. public houses and Restaurants . Everyone very friendley and welcoming. Stayed a couple nights to attend horse racing at aye.. grand national . Would recomend.

Ate in the restaurant. Excellent service and superb food. Have been twice now. Both times was unable to fault anything. The staff are very friendly and attentive. Everything we've had on the menu has been delicious.

The room was perfect, everything you need. However, it wasn't clear from the website that it's an unmanned guesthouse. What's really annoying, though, are all the unnecessary emails and text messages. Everything can be handled in one go. Stop it.
