Holt Coach House is a standalone conversion in Babergh, separate from the owner's home but sharing the broader grounds. Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, accommodate up to four guests. The main bedroom has a zip-and-link super king bed (divisible into two singles on request) with double shower; the second offers a super king and a full bath with walk-in shower. Underfloor heating runs throughout, and essentials including linen, towels and Wi-Fi are provided.
The ground floor holds a living and dining room with a smart TV, a well-fitted kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and full fridge facilities, a utility room, and a games room with table tennis and table football (shared with the owner). Outside, a private courtyard has garden furniture; beyond the iron gates lies a large shared meadow with access to country footpaths. Parking for two cars is on site. The property suits couples, friends travelling together and small families. No smoking indoors.

The Holt Coach House is a recently refurbished 19th Century coach house set within the grounds of a Victorian vicarage, it is run by a lovely couple Alex & Alex and they have a keen eye for detail. The décor and furnishing are superb, fully equipped with everything you would need. The kitchen is perfect and designed so very well. The bedrooms are perfectly peaceful with very comfortable beds and bathrooms we excellent shower pressure. Dog friendly too, it ticked every box for us. It has a games room which you can access from the courtyard outside the kitchen, this was also a suntrap whilst we stayed. Lovely country lanes to get to this place and I thoroughly recommend the short walk to the White Horse Inn, 1.2km by road and 1.2 km if you are more adventurous and go across the land at the back. Looking forward to coming back here.
