Valley View Yurt

The Valley View Yurt sits on higher ground overlooking rolling fields in the Box River Valley, part of an area of outstanding natural beauty. You get a one-bedroom yurt on a wooden platform, eighteen feet across, with a double bed, single bed, and pull-out single bed, plus a walk-in shower room and open-plan living space. The interior is fully carpeted with double-layered canvas walls and modern insulation, so the woodburner creates genuine warmth rather than just atmosphere. Electricity, bed linen and towels are included.

The kitchen has a gas hob for cooking; there's no television, so evenings revolve around the log burner, books, or the garden. Outside, a front patio area has seating, a barbecue and firepit (shared with the owner), and you have parking for two cars on site. Direct access leads to a four-acre wild meadow where you can watch wildlife and sunsets across open countryside under big Suffolk skies. No smoking.
