Downstairs, the kitchen has everything needed for self-catering: electric oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. There's a separate toilet on this level. The first floor holds a living room with Freeview Smart TV and a bedroom with zip-and-link single beds and ensuite shower. Upstairs, a second bedroom offers a kingsize bed and a bathroom with bath and heated towel rail. Electricity, heating, wi-fi, bed linen and towels are included.

The enclosed rear garden and patio are private spaces for eating outside or simply sitting out. A Leeder Butchers stands within easy reach, along with pubs, a café and a post office. Parking is available on road. No smoking is permitted inside.
