The living space downstairs combines a sitting and dining area with a sofa bed, plus a kitchen fitted with a cooker, hob, dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen, towels, electricity and wifi are included. The property draws water from a borehole. There is a fenced reservoir 20 yards from the cottage. No smoking inside.
