What visitors say
We saw a blockbuster on Screen 2, and I was shocked by the poor quality of the screen and even more so the sound (or lack thereof). The bass was non-existent. Hard to imagine such a dated experience in 2026. Car park is quite small and we could not find parking, had to park in the Sainsbury's car park opposite. Shoddy quality of popcorn as well Staff were super friendly though, but this cinema is dated. Would not recommend, specially if the film demands a good screen and sound

We love the Odeon cinema, comfortable, well priced with a good range of films. Especially enjoy the NT Lives. Friendly and helpful staff. Prefer the Odeon over any cinema- perhaps sentimental but use it or loose it.

Went to use some vitality vouchers to see the Odyssey. I had one voucher for a free ticket and 1 for 50% off. It didn't mention any specific seat types being allowed or not, however it seems the vouchers only apply to Classic and Classic saver seats, not Classic popular or premier. It is fair enough to do that, but it should say. Furthermore, and this is the worst part, to upgrade to Classic Popular, I need to pay MORE than the difference in ticket prices between Classic and Classic popular - a £4 upgrade fee when they are £7 and £10 respectively. So much for a free ticket. It is a similar story for the 50% off voucher.

Small cinema, but pretty clean and quaint. Prices are actually reasonable. First the visiting an Odeon in a while as I usually go to Ciniworld, but they don't offer later showings, so I gave Odeon a try. Staff were very friendly and they have all the usual things you'd expect in terms of snacks etc. I don't know if they've got things like 4DX and Superscreen, but because it's local to me and pretty quiet, I would definitely come again.
