This is what i would put down as a little hidden gem, the site is probably the cleanest ive ever been on well looked after, the bistro serves excellent and staff are all super friendly too, Location is out of this world amazing scenery and walking routes, 5 minute walk to beer beach ( swim shoes is a must as those pebbles hurt🤣) The site has laundry facilities which we're ideal we used them showers also great All round 10/10 definitely recommend this place and we will be back when we next visit devon. As it was a last minute booking we was on the overflow field and in fairness it was great as we had an amazing veiw to wake upto.

We camped here for 3 nights and wow what a stunning view of the bay. Fab site, clean and tidy, camping is right next to loos, showers, washing up, fridge/freezer, delicious food at the bistro is a 1 min walk away. Beer village and bay is only a 10 minute walk but very steep on the way back. The site was perfect for us but bear in mind it’s steep. Got back yesterday and I already want to be back there.

This is a beautiful campsite/holiday park, check in was amazing, straight on our pitch, and the view is so stunning. It's very peaceful the only thing you can hear are the beautiful crows. The bistro is a must, lovely staff and the food is delicious, also a well stocked shop is attached. Will definitely be coming back, that's if we ever leave.

Stayed here for the first time for a long weekend. The whole sight is elevated which gives stunning veiws over the bay and beyond. We were far up which was lovely and quiet away from the madding crowds to which is what we wanted due to stressful time. However, I didnt realise how steep the hills were when I booked so it proved difficult with my elderly dogs mobility. We had to drive everywhere, which turned out not to be too bad a problem as made it work. Also there were steps on both doorways and dog isn't good on steps. This is not critical just wasnt aware but again we made do by lifting her in and out. If we do return id make sure we were lower down on slightly more even surface plus in the sun as like to sit out in the afternoons and eves. The caravan itself was spotless and clean as with the whole site. We only ate at The Bistro once but food was lovely and staff were friendly. We drove down to the bay and parked which wasnt a problem. Had breakfast on the beach and a beer in The Barrel of Beer as had to be done 😁 Next time well stay longer as feel we didn't benefit from this lovely site in just a few days.
