What diners say
I can't recommend this place enough! Tucked away in London, it’s a true gem. The environment is beautiful—it really captures that cozy, rustic charm of a traditional Portuguese tavern. The food was outstanding; we tried the octopus and the t-bone steak. They have an excellent wine list, and our server was so passionate and helpful in helping us choose the perfect bottle, especially Herbert and Lucas, and they made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back.

Very cool venue: I liked the style and ambience. Very good and delicious food, especially considering this is a wine bar first. I liked the interactive aspect of some dishes (chorizo), liked the presentation and also liked the wine. The service is special, it’s a whole experience and theatre: waiters are snappy, smart, fun and seemingly do not care about you and yet somehow this still feels better than the average service level you get in Czech republic. You will need to show your wit, beg and bribe and you know what? I kind of dig it. A very fun place!

We could not recommend Pedro's highly enough. From our first visit through to the wedding itself, Pedro and his team did everything they could to ensure our day was exactly as we had imagined. Communication throughout the planning process was excellent. Pedro was incredibly generous with his time, hosting tastings for us and our parents, sharing ideas and advice, and helping us navigate countless decisions in the lead-up to the wedding. It always felt as though he genuinely cared about creating the best possible experience for us, rather than simply hosting an event. What really sets Pedro's apart is the people. Pedro and his team are warm, attentive, and genuinely lovely to be around. In the lead-up to the wedding they made us feel completely looked after, and on the day itself they somehow managed everything seamlessly behind the scenes. Any issues were dealt with quietly and professionally, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment with our guests. You could also see how much the team were enjoying the celebration, which added to the atmosphere and made the evening feel even more special. The food and wine were fantastic and received endless compliments from our guests throughout the evening. We had a mix of meat-eaters and vegetarians attending, and everyone felt equally well catered for. So many of our guests came up to us afterwards to comment on the quality of the food. The venue itself is beautiful, and Pedro went above and beyond to accommodate exactly how we wanted to use and arrange the space. The setting created a wonderful atmosphere for the celebration, and our photographs, both inside the restaurant and along the street outside, turned out spectacularly. Pedro's was such a special part of our wedding and we will always be grateful to Pedro and his team for helping create such an unforgettable day. We look forward to returning many times in the future — not just because we love the restaurant, but because of the people who made it feel so special.

Great food and service. Well done! Helbert knows how to talk to customers, he is very kind and helpful, fast service. He has knowledge regarding Portuguese wine varieties. I will come back with my friends. I’ve got 2 pastel de Nata on the house. Thank you!
