About Oakfield Guest House

Free on-site parking is not always a given in Betws-y-Coed, but Oakfield Guest House offers it as standard, alongside six comfortable rooms set across two floors. Each has an en-suite bathroom, and family rooms are available for those travelling with children, with thoughtful furnishings that make the space feel well cared for rather than purely functional.

Breakfast is a particular strength here, with a varied spread that's carefully presented rather than a token buffet. Free WiFi, outdoor seating and 24 hour reception add to the practical appeal, and business services are on hand for anyone combining work with a stay in Snowdonia. The staff are noted for being helpful and accommodating, which counts for a lot after a day on the hills.

The location on Holyhead Road puts guests within easy reach of walking and cycling routes, plus fishing, horse riding, golf and watersports nearby, alongside pubs, restaurants and eateries for evenings after exploring Snowdonia National Park and the wider North Wales countryside.

Enjoyed a lovely two night stay as part of a retreat this weekend. The host Jeanette was just perfect. Giving us lots of recommendations and advice about visiting place. Rooms are incredible. Lots of space, perfectly decorated, immaculately cleaned and with every mod on you could want. Breakfast was AMAZING. There wasn’t anything you couldn’t have - and the layout was so appealing! The veggie breakfast was delicious. Thank you for being the perfect host! Will definitely be returning!
