We visited Honeybourne Pottery as my husband bought me a Potters Wheel half day voucher. It was absolutely brilliant, we had such a fun time & would definitely go again. Alan was very welcoming & explained how to start throwing. It was a great experience & we took home extra pots in addition to what's included in the voucher. Just the right mix of learning, advice & fun!! Definitely recommended!!

My sister & I went to the Botanical Castings Workshop. What a lovely way to spend time together! The workshop was lovely, our instructor was lovely, her instructions were clear and help was on hand when needed! I would highly recommend this workshop. We will be going back!

My first time at Honeybourne Pottery having been bought a workshop for Christmas to make a Gluggle Jug with Dave Short who was a finalist on The Pottery Throw Down programme. The studio is bright and well equipped, there were at least 10 individual workstations in the main room where our workshop was held and further ones in the next room where people were using pottery wheels. I’m not an experienced potter and have never made anything like this. I was slightly apprehensive at being able to make a gluggle jug in the allocated time, however I needn’t have worried as Dave soon put us at ease and after introductions did a demonstration so we knew what to expect. Dave was very friendly and welcoming and was at hand throughout to answer any questions and give us further guidance and a reminder on what came next and how to do it. I was absolutely delighted at the end of the workshop with my jug and can’t wait to see the final piece once it’s been fired and glazed and to hear it gluggle. I’d highly recommend trying one of the workshops at Honeybourne it was an excellent and thoroughly enjoyable experience – thank you.

I attended the BOTANICAL CASTING WORKSHOP at Coughton Court on Friday 10th July. Annabel was the tutor. I had never done casting before and the workshop didn't disappoint It was interesting, informative & very enjoyable. I will definitely return & make another when I am in the area again. The tutor took the time to ensure everybody knew what they were doing. She was friendly, helpful, answering our questions and steering us in the right direction if we went astray. I am so pleased with my cast. It was a very calming 4 hours. Thank you to everyone on the workshop, you were good company. I hope you enjoyed it to. I hope this family run pottery goes from strength to strength. Viv
