About The Seagrave Arms
The Seagrave Arms occupies a double-fronted 17th-century coaching inn in Weston-sub-Edge, a small village around two miles north of Chipping Campden, and was substantially renovated in 2021 while keeping original features including open fireplaces and flagstone floors throughout.
Its seven en suite bedrooms are individually decorated, and the inn's kitchen has a strong reputation for locally sourced food and game, alongside a well-chosen selection of local ales, in a genuinely rural country inn setting.
The short drive or cycle into Chipping Campden makes this a good option for visitors who want a quieter base with easy access to walking routes around Dover's Hill and the Cotswold Way, while still being close to the town's shops and restaurants.

What guests say
We had a wonderful stay at the Seagrave Arms while celebrating a special family occasion, and every aspect of our visit exceeded expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm and welcoming. Our rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location was also ideal, with easy access to Broadway, Guiting Power, and Bourton-on-the-Water. The food was a real highlight. Dinner was outstanding, with every dish beautifully presented. Breakfast was equally impressive, offering a lot of choice and fresh ingredients. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - and will most definitely be back.

Went to watch the football here and the pub was beautiful. But more importantly the owner was a gem. She made sure everyone was being looked after and was comfortable. She was very friendly and had great customer service. The drinks were lovely as well. So glad we chose to watch here as the atmosphere was brilliant.

First time visitors!! Recommend 100% I booked the day before via their booking page and was called within the hour to confirm booking. We live in the next village over so it was ideal for us with 2 little children. We were greeted immediately and seated at our table. Our lunch was amazing. I ordered the beef but I think it’s rare or medium rare, which is something I have never tried before. I honestly wasn’t too keen on it. I did carry on eating my meal and I didn’t want the beef to go to waste. I did ask for it be cooked a bit more which the staff took away and bought it back and the beef was delicious. So if you’re like me and want a well cooked beef, deffo worth asking it to be cooked a bit more and also a lesson learnt on my part to never assume. The staff were incredible and polite We will be back again.

A lovely setting and pretty pub from the outside. Felt a bit tired inside and wasn't overly impressed as the food was expensive. The staff were nice but didn't pay attention to our order so some of the group were disappointed. The owner had a real attitude problem and was not a nice person who was unhappy when I asked for a clean glass for my wine - I'd previously had gin but wanted to drink wine with my meal. I was told to use the glass of my friend who had already been drinking wine. Unbelievable to be asked to drink out of a dirty glass. The owner was extremely rude and her attitude spoiled the enjoyment of our lunch. I'd never go there again or recommend it to anyone else! Such a shame and a disappointment
