High ceilings with original spindles run through the ground floor, where the kitchen and dining area sit beside a comfortable living room with freeview television and sound system. Glass doors open onto a large, enclosed courtyard—the real heart of the place—where you can eat, sit under the pergola, or use the barbecue and electric vehicle charging point.

Four bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom, mean eight guests can stay without compromise. Three king beds and two singles are spread across the property, with bathrooms ranging from a traditional bath-and-shower setup to a modern wet room. The kitchen is fitted for proper cooking: electric range, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine all there if you want to prepare meals together. Wi-Fi keeps you connected, and there's car parking on the private estate.

The Cotswolds unfold in all directions from here. Chipping Campden and Stow-on-the-Wold are nearby for market towns and gastropubs; Stratford-upon-Avon sits a short drive away if theatre or Shakespeare's history calls. The Cotswold Wildlife Park, Kiftsgate Court gardens, and the Water Park all fall within striking distance. Smoking is not permitted inside the barn, though one well-behaved pet is welcome to come along.
