Paddocks Mill is a converted barn sleeping four, positioned to reach Stratford-upon-Avon, Stow-on-the-Wold and Cotswolds Water Park within a 20 to 25-minute drive. The area has antique shops, tea rooms, pubs and bike hire routes through the countryside. One dog is welcome.

The ground floor holds a living and dining room with smart TV and DVD player, plus a kitchen fitted with an electric range, dishwasher and coffee machine. Bedroom 1 on this level is a zip-and-link super kingsize (which can be split into two singles on request), served by a wet room with shower. Upstairs, bedroom 2 offers a kingsize bed and shower room. The property has an enclosed front garden with table, chairs and a coal barbecue. Wifi and car parking are provided; there is also an electric car charging point. No smoking.

The barn retains original oak beams and character features throughout. An enclosed garden to the front gives outdoor space, and the layout works for families, friends or couples who want separate areas—a downstairs kitchen and living room, and an upstairs lounge with views across the estate.
