Great facilities, pool, gym and staff! The only problem I’d say is the softplay area for younger kids needs lots of new things! Lots of new balls for the pits and a new suction tube for the ball drop, and a new balls for the soft shooting section that’s up the top! It’s been broken for years and needs fixing!!

Mixed experience: nice clean and brand new play place but soft play is almost £7 (£6.25 to be exact for an 1hr 30mins ) knowing most little ones won’t stay that long we stayed about 45minutes for locals especially with cost of living crisis in 2026 is very expensive if you ask me. Staff just busy chatting as usual with each other during a weekday Monday nothing new lol also chairs are used looks damaged hygiene should be checked on this definitely if costar so much should replace the chairs atleast don’t look nice. Ice creams are not priced visibly (sneaky marketing) an Oreo ice cream costs £2.40 double the price of supermarket

Absolutely fantastic place! Called ahead to enquire about booking and it's a turn up and pay which is nice to be honest. Really efficient and clean centre. Clean changing rooms and plenty of spaces, plenty of lockers... Informed the life guard on duty that my son is very autistic and he was, just brilliant and went "is he fast" So he knew about elopement.. Informed the other lifeguards and they were all so sweet to my boy.... And even though I was 1:1 with him it was, nice to have the reassuring check ins and nods from them. Not over crowded, lovely pockets of stuff to do in different parts of the pools. Little jacuzzi, toddler splash zone with interactive stuff and little slide, flumes and my little one could ride on my lap, lazy river was, awesome ... And really good value got money at £5.20 a child and £7.20 for adults... Refundable £1 for lockers too Great day out

My 9 year old daughter had an epic session today. Not content with a casual climb, she’s always going for fastest time, and the male instructor was amazing with her. Supporting her and challenging her. She was engaged throughout the whole 45 minutes. She’ll definitely back, chasing that 6 seconds on the speed wall!!
