A pleasant stay at the hotel with excellent customer service throughout my stay. A special thank you to Orkhed for her warm, welcoming and brilliant hospitality. Her friendliness and kind approach is truly appreciated. Everything was great including the location, nearby amenities and variety in restaurants. The room itself was great, the only minor feedback about the room itself is that the sofa needs improving as it was ripped. Overall, an excellent stay and would definitely revisit.

Location is very good, close to the station and many restaurants around the hotel. The hotel itself is ok. Room was spacious. Still, a few things to have in mind: They give one mini water bottle per day, and forgot to add mine 2 days. Breakfast is not worth it. Food is ok but the coffee shop in the entrance is a much better option. And the worst part, I had to leave a day earlier and the hotel charged me anyways as they must “charge the last night”. Even being a Marriott member didn’t help, or raising the issue to the management.

Wish I could score higher on service! Just wow. Prior to my stay, I had email conversation with Orkhed who was super helpful throughout my booking process. I wanted to book a birthday package during my stay. Orkhed helped explain the process and the options I had. He made the process so easy and even replied to emails when not on shift. He kindly upgraded the room for the package with a great view. Once I had arrived to the hotel, the ladies who brought up the champagne were full of energy! I can't remember their names but they were young girls and just so lovely. I can't recommend this hotel enough, the staff are genuine and supportive and will help you no matter what you need! Thank you Orkhed and the ladies who made my stay/celebration so special- they truly are valuable members of the team!

A lovely, well-located hotel in the heart of the trendy Wharfside quarter. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a pleasant stay. The staff really stand out—both the housekeeping team and reception staff were friendly, efficient, and welcoming throughout. Breakfast offers a fairly limited selection of continental options, but what is available is fresh and enjoyable. The highlight for me was the kiwi fruit smoothie, which was excellent. Overall, a great choice for a comfortable stay in a vibrant area.
