About Premier Inn Birmingham City Centre Bridge Street
Premier Inn Birmingham City Centre Bridge Street makes a good base for exploring the ICC and Symphony Hall, both an easy walk away, while New Street Station is close enough for arrivals by train or onward day trips. The hotel overlooks the canal, and the surrounding streets have plenty of pubs, bars and restaurants for evenings out without needing to travel far.
The 116 rooms are modern and en-suite, spread across five floors served by a lift, with accessible rooms available. A restaurant and bar operate on site, and breakfast offers a good range of choices to set guests up for the day. Free WiFi and drinks in the room are included, and 24 hour reception means arrival times are flexible. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful, which makes a difference on a busy city centre stay.
Parking isn't on site, though chargeable parking is available nearby at Town Hall Car Park, about seven minutes on foot, and there's an electric vehicle charge point at the property. Worth noting that parking can fill up at busy times, so it's sensible to plan ahead if arriving by car. Luggage storage is available for those with time to fill before checking in.

We came to Birmingham for a weekend trip to celebrate my mum's birthday and had a wonderful start to our stay thanks to Bernie. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and bubbly, making us feel right at home. Although our room wasn't quite ready, she kindly offered to store our bags and recommended a nearby bar where we could relax with a drink while we waited. Her excellent customer service and warm personality made our arrival smooth and enjoyable. A real credit to the team – 10/10 service and a genuinely friendly face. Thank you, Bernie!

Was booked for work conference on a Monday by my employer but wanted to pay for an extra night on the Sunday, to save travelling early Monday morning, but we were told we would have to move rooms for the Monday night as they were fully booked. We were fine with this but asked if could stay on same floor (there were 4 of us). The manager (sorry didn't get her name) was absolutely wonderful. She ended up being able to keep myself in the same room and my colleagues on the same floor near my room. We were so grateful for her for doing this, it made our stay so much more easier. She was so helpful and has such a lovely personality. Would definitely be staying there again whenever we visit Birmingham.

Had a few days away with a friend. I ordered an accessible room as my friend couldn't manage a bath. The room was really big and great size wet room. Location was perfect to walk to the library and brindley place by the canal, along with the tram and buses a short distance away. Breakfast for the money was fine. There is no car parking on the site unless you have a disabled badge, which my friend did and no problem getting a space.
