Exceptional service from Fay after a long drive!Arrived today after a long day's drive and was greeted by Fay, a lovely member of the reception team. She was incredibly helpful and made the check-in process quick and easy, knowing how exhausted I was. The room was spotless and smelled lovely and fresh. While there is no on-site parking, the team was quick to advise on a safe place nearby to park. Later, I went down to the bar to unwind, and Fay kindly presented me with a complimentary drink. Such a thoughtful gesture after a tough day! Highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding hospitality.

I stay in a lot of hotels for work. I had the best night sleep I've had at any hotel. I was slightly worried as it was next to a tram station but it was super quiet, air-conditioning in my room was amazing. Check in was super friendly, thank you Fay. She made me feel very welcome, a swift check in with a smile. My room showed some signs of wear such as the bathroom door wouldn't close, shampoo at the sink where the soap should have been. I will definitely be back for my next trip to Birmingham.

Sheena and Ryan were super helpful at the front desk. I came to look for accommodation for my new job in Birmingham. I shared a twin room with my mum. Sheena and Ryan were so welcoming and helpful, they gave us lots of advice about the area and although they were busy, they offered us great customer service. Ryan came to our room to help us with our room key when it didn't work and Sheena was very friendly and warm. Thank you for looking after me and my mum, we had a lovely stay xxx
