I recently visited Escape Room Live Birmingham as part of a group of around 20 people, (3 different rooms) and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. We arrived a little early, but the host, Dan, made us feel welcome straight away, showing us where we could relax, catch up, and do the waivers. We made a request to change one of the rooms and even though this was a last minute request, he accommodated us was able to move things around without it being any trouble. We took on the Casino Heist room, which is rated level 5. As it was my first escape room, I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, but it was really well designed, challenging, and kept us engaged throughout. The puzzles were cleverly thought out and it was really satisfying working together as a team. Special mention to our host, Rae, who was brilliant. He explained everything clearly and brought lots of energy and enthusiasm to the experience. I have to also mention that Tanya helped us with this booking and was a great help. She answered our many questions and helped us to make sure we made the best booking possible. Overall, I had a great time, it was really fun and I’ll certainly be back to try another room.

Thoroughly enjoyed myself, along with my party of 18. We were split into 3 different rooms, including Casino Heist which I personally enjoyed. It was challenging whilst being very enjoyable. Our host was amazing too - Dan - welcoming us beforehand making us feel as home whilst offering snacks and drinks. Our game show guides Rae and Mark were great too, explaining the game well and generated enthusiasm before we stepped into the room! Would recommend and I will be going again!

I went to this last weekend and it was genuinely one of the best places I’ve ever been. First up, the staff member Mark was incredible. Super helpful, very cheerful and it was obvious that he had a passion for this role and it was nice to see. Me and my friend underwent the Jack The Ripper escape room. Warning it’s an investigation escape room so make sure to constantly check over the clues and make sure your with intelligent people as it would be a long day otherwise. The props was great and the way they immerse you is truly like no other. Would recommend 10/10. Whether you’re there for the puzzles, investigation element or the scary atmosphere, you will be throughly entertained.

Had a great (and slightly terrifying) time at Room 13. Managed to get out with seconds to spare. Jay was our host and made sure we had a great experience! Would love to come back and do another one!
