Canil and Abdoul were both incredibly helpful throughout my stay, always ready with a smile and happy to assist with any questions. Tiya provided fantastic service in the restaurant area, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that guests felt looked after. Nichel also deserves special mention for being attentive and friendly, going above and beyond to make the experience memorable. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with a great bed and all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was fresh and well-stocked, with plenty of options to suit everyone. Overall, I couldn’t fault my stay. The combination of convenience, comfort, and outstanding staff makes this hotel a top choice whenever I’m travelling through Birmingham. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

I really can't give enough praise for the staff, the room quality and service here at the NEC Holiday Inn for this last weekend's experience. The food was good, the drinks service was great, the bed was perfectly comfy, and the shower... I didn't want to leave it! If I had one criticism it would simply be that the toilets could have a bit more depth for the men staying there! I would have liked to have tried out the pool and gym but next time I will 😁 Thanks to all the staff, especially the duty manager and the cleaners. Excellent!

Stayed for one night as flying an aircraft from the airport tomorrow. This is a lovely hotel. Whilst the rooms and restaurant are good what really makes it is the staff. They are all very friendly and helpful and go out of their way to make you feel welcome and help you. On this occasion we had some urgent laundry for the plane. Manager Mo and colleague Beata got it done for us in a couple of hours. We really appreciate this. Thank you and keep on doing what you are doing !

As always, another fantastic stay! Rupesh and his team consistently provide outstanding customer service and genuinely go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome. I had a very minor issue during my stay, but Rupesh and his staff dealt with it immediately, professionally, and with a smile. It's this level of care and attention that keeps me coming back time and time again. I honestly can't praise the team enough. They are a credit to the hotel, and it's clear they genuinely care about their guests' experience. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service.
