About Travelodge Birmingham Airport

A seven-floor block of 190 rooms, Travelodge Birmingham Airport is a practical, purpose-built hotel on Terminal Road, designed for travellers who need to be close to the terminals and the M42 rather than for anyone seeking character or views. Its straightforward, functional design suits early flights and NEC trips more than a leisurely stay.

Rooms come with en-suite bathrooms and in-room drinks, and accessible rooms are available, with a lift serving all floors. The hotel has a restaurant on site and a pub or bar nearby for evening food and drink, plus 24-hour reception for those catching early or late flights. Some rooms can feel on the warm side, so it's worth bearing in mind if you're sensitive to heat. Pets are welcome, which adds flexibility for those travelling with animals.

Parking is available nearby at the NCP Birmingham Airport Car Park 7, opposite the hotel on Works Rd, Marston Green, though it comes at an extra cost. The location makes onward travel straightforward, whether heading to the airport terminals, the NEC, or further afield via the M42.

Spent 2 nights here. Top floor excellent view of runway Room spotless. Towels provided also shower gel. Coffee machine. Kettle with tea and coffee and kit kats. A fan in room which was a welcome in this heat. Used restaurant had 2 delightful evening meals and 2 breakfasts in the morning. Food tasty and hot. Plenty of choice. There also a bar. Check out 12pm but option for a later checkout. Staff first class very friendly and helpful. Throughly enjoyed stay.

Great location - just a 5 minute car ride to the BP Pulse Live Arena and other neighbouring places. The room was clean and well aired when we arrived. Bathroom was fine. A little more attention needed by the cleaners but wasn't dirty by any stretch. More things like the handwash was empty. Bar and restaurant on site. I had breakfast the morning after my stay. It was fine. Plenty of food but as the footfall wasn't high I think the food had been sitting a while. Not a bad choice though - decent sausages, bacon, scrambled egg, hash browns etc. Pancakes were a nice addition. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Some noise obviously, being beside an airport, but no noise other than that. Overall really good value for money.Parking at airport car park 7 puts your car right outside the hotel. Booked to get some sleep after arrival back from holiday in the middle of the night. Clean comfortable room, nice morning shower. Great view of the airport. Our car had been booked for the duration of our trip in car park 7 so in the morning we just walked across the road and picked it up. Perfect stopover before or after a trip from the airport.

Spotless and well located. The staff are fabulous. The parking is sort of quirky though. The staff will help you with the nuances, but the long and short of it is that the actual hotel parking is limited and hugely expensive. The NCP car park to the immediate rear of the hotel is plentiful, but you have to book it to get discounted hotel rates. The staff at reception with talk you through it, and there's posters on the wall expkaining what to do if staff miss their cue to tell you. Newly renovated rooms, that are comfortable and clean. The hotel bar and restaurant are great too. It's a perfect stopover before an early flight.
