About Radisson Blu Hotel Birmingham
Holloway Circus sits right at the heart of Birmingham's action, and Radisson Blu Hotel Birmingham rises 18 floors above it, putting New Street Station and the Hippodrome theatre within easy reach on foot. It's a city-centre stay built for people who want to arrive and be straight into things, whether that's a show, a meeting, or the shops.
The hotel has 211 rooms, including family and accessible options, all with en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning and free WiFi, and many make the most of their height with wide views over the city. Rooms are kept clean and spacious, though a few guests have noted the air conditioning doesn't always run as it should. A restaurant and bar cover food and drink on site, alongside room service and kids' meals, and the buffet breakfast draws particular praise for its fresh, varied spread. There's also a gym, meeting rooms and business services for those mixing work with the stay.
Staff are consistently described as friendly and ready to help, whether with directions or local recommendations. There's no on-site parking, so this suits guests arriving by train given the station's proximity, and beyond the hotel doors there are pubs, restaurants, entertainment and a golf course all within reach.

The room was very spacious, staff were friendly and allowed us to leave luggage behind for the day while we went to a conference. At night, the room was quite loud with noise from the road so it meant that I didn't sleep too well during the night, but I don't know how much the hotel could do about that - it was probably better if you were on a higher floor. The breakfast was delicious, they even have a make-your-own pancake machine! Really enjoyed the selection that they had, I'd go so far as to say that it was one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had.

Staff were fantastic, very helpful and polite. The room was clean, but the water pressure on the shower was very weak, making it difficult to get the water to a consistent temperature where you either didn't get scolded or freeze. Breakfast wasnt great, some items were okay, but some had been sat under a heat lamp for too long. Location is good although I wouldn't recommend staying here for the view.

Rooms were nice and clean, super friendly guy at reception! Hot day and our room AC was on full when we got to our room! Nice and cool!! 😊 Visited for a gig nearby! Ideal!! Defo come back! You can also leave your bag in reception when you check out which was useful as we had a late train out!
