River Annexe - The Otter is a contemporary annexe property in Christchurch, sleeping two in a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room. The ground floor contains an open-plan living and kitchen space with a breakfast bar, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine, plus a separate dining room. Upstairs is the bedroom and ensuite. The essentials—heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi—are provided, along with a welcome pack.

The location works well for exploring Christchurch itself, where the priory and two rivers frame the town centre. The quay has waterside restaurants and a ferry across to Mudeford; locally you can hire electric scooters. Mudeford itself attracts sailors, kayakers and windsurfers, or those wanting a simpler walk along the seafront. Bournemouth's beaches lie roughly three miles away. The wider area takes in the Jurassic Coast and the New Forest, where wild ponies, donkeys and cattle roam free. Within the town there are independent shops, pubs, eateries, a cinema and fine dining. Private parking for one car is included. River Annexe - The Otter does not permit smoking.
