Just had the pleasure of spending 2 nights here. The staff were friendly and very helpful. If you come away hungry from breakfast you only have yourself to blame! It was very good. The standard double room was good enough quality. Clean and well presented. The bed was comfortable. The lounge and bar area was comfortable too.

Lovely room in a fab location. Staff were fab too. One side of the bed was not great. Would have preferred a shower rather than bath. Breakfast was top quality and delicious. Staff kindly returned medication accidentally left behind. Parking available. The lift makes a stay soooo easy. Would happily recommend and stay again

Very clean and friendly hotel. Great welcome when we arrived. Although check in was 2pm. We arrived at 11am and our room was ready to unloaded and started our stay which was brilliant. The hotel has Great location to the beach 5 minutes and also Bournemouth Centre 10 minute. Would recommend this hotel. We will return.

Stayed here from 26/06/18 for 3 nights. Arrived about 1 hour earlier than our check in time, rooms were ready and the receptionist kindly allowed us to check in. Our room was lovely, extremely clean and spacious with a good sized flat screen TV, plenty of tea and coffee supplied and a sparkling ensuite. Breakfast in the morning was continental, with a full English cooked to order. The continental buffet was set out nicely with a good selection, while the full English was warm, tasty and a lovely start to our morning. We travelled with our 8 month old son and staff couldn't do enough to help, doors were opened for us, baby food heated with no fuss, highchair provided at breakfast, they really were a great help. There's also a bar within the building located at front reception, we stopped there each day for a quiet sit down and a drink, recommend happy hour 2pm - 7 pm. They really should call it happy hours, in this wonderful little gem. If your in Bournemouth and need a place to stay, this place is not budget busting, close to the beach and overall a pleasure to stay in.
