Stayed here for 2 nights in August and was very much impressed with how clean the room was. The facilities in the room were great from tea/coffee to toiletries in the bathroom! Very good location as close to shops and staff were very accommodating and polite. Would not hesitate to recommend to others. Thanks you Southernhay Guest house for a lovely stay!

Excellent experience! The location is quiet but walking distance to both the town centre and the beach! The room was really clean and tidy and the hosts were polite and welcoming! Ample parking is a bonus too!

Well we had been booked in with another hotel we booked in stayed for about 10m then walked out very upset angry panicking where we would stay for the night . Myself and our daughter where on websites my daughter found this one phoned up and explained what had happened. Thankfully they said they could make up a room and take us in and after such a horrible experience and a horrible start to our evening, we fell on our feet what a beautiful , very clean, well equipped room with a supper cuffy bed and a good blackout blind had a perfect night sleep . Breakfast was very tasty and set us up for are day the dining room was very clean and everything you could need . Parking was very good too and a easy walk into town. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay .
