What visitors say
Had such a fantastic time at Hollywood Bowling! The atmosphere was lively and fun, and even though it was quite busy, everything ran really smoothly. A big shoutout to Chris and Josh, who were incredibly helpful throughout our visit. They were both so friendly, easy to communicate with, and made sure we had everything we needed. The vibe was great, the lanes were well looked after but needed more bowling balls on some of the lanes as ours had only one which was sorted out eventually. It really felt like a perfect spot to relax and have a good time with friends. Even with the crowd, it never felt overwhelming—just added to the buzz of the place. Would definitely recommend Hollywood Bowling for a fun outing, and I’ll absolutely be coming back again soon!

Have visited here several times in most recent years. It's always a pleasant experience. It's good value for money. Bar food and drink is average but well priced for what it is. The toilets need improvement though. They smell, are always untidy and are quite tired looking.

Had a belated Christmas night out on 3 January 2026 and paid £28 per head for 2 games, food and a drink - pretty reasonable cost for the ten of us. The staff were very welcoming - especially Cheryse and Josh working non-stop behind the bar. The biggest disappointment was the atrocious food: nachos on a plate with dips slopped on top, cold dehydrated inedible chips, cheap horrible buns and cold burgers - most of it ended up in the bin. A shame that it spoiled a good night's fun. The toilets were also disgusting - freezing cold and needed a good clean!

Staff were great, me and my family much prefered the staff here and the general vibe here than at the poole one, girl at reception was lovely and was very welcoming, guy at bar made some pretty decent drinks and the food was also solid. The place deffinitely was quite quiet especially in comparison to the other but was a great trip for the family
