Very good location - close both to the city, attractions, the pier and the beach. Very quiet during the night. Staff is very friendly, attentive and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and had en-suite bathroom with a shower. Rooms are cleaned sometime during midday. Included breakfast was tasty and very filling, with vegetarian and gluten free options available. Overall experience was excellent! Will definitely be returning here when visiting Bournemouth.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The facilities were outstanding, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. I will definately come again in future.

Had a great stay here with my family during bank Holiday. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, hotel is clean and has standard facilities available. Breakfast was great! A few different options to choose (gluten free offered too) and was served very fast after ordering. A 5/10 min walk to shops, restaurants, shopping centre and sea front so it is in a great location. We stayed 3 nights and would have happily stayed longer, we will be back for another visit!

Lovely small hotel with a comfortable room and a quiet location. Very nice cooked breakfast, with cereal options available, served by attentive staff who were incredibly helpful. We were in a lower ground floor room, which meant no view, but was cool in temperature and not overlooked at street level. Would definitely visit again, great price, great room, great service.
