Wow! What a beautiful secluded paradise! We loved staying at the Mallard for our 1 Year Wedding Anniversary! So peaceful and quiet, equipped with everything you need and more! The welcome basket was a lovely touch! My husband enjoyed making fires both inside and outside for the hot tub - we enjoyed this very much after walking the four falls trek! We would recommend this beautiful shepherd's hut to anyone - you can see the love and detail that's gone in to making it! We'll definitely be back, no hesitation! Absolutely beautiful place. Nestled into secluded grounds, it feels private but safe. The hut has everything you need for a comfy stay from lovely matching bed linen to ample towels. If you want tv it’s there and the WiFi is good but, I just wanted to relax into the natural retreat and the sound of sheep. This is glamping at its very best, especially with the wood fired hot tub (it gets very hot!) and the beautiful night sky with little light pollution. Every detail has been taken care of by the hosts, including a little welcome basic, milk provided and all the wood you need to stay warm. Worth every penny and I’ll definitely be back.

We had a wonderful relaxing stay at this secluded shepherd's hut. It had everything you could possibly need and more. We loved the wood fired hot tub, roasting marshmallows and reading in the hammock on the deck. This was the perfect weekend away and a great base for us to climb Pen y Fan which is a short drive away. We will definitely be coming back here!

A beautiful and tranquil location. The Shepherds Hut was of such high quality and spotlessly clean. The welcome basket was very well-received too. Would definitely recommend if you want to unwind. We will be looking to return and stay for longer next time too.
