What visitors say

Becky Batten

We visited made-well for an animal club session on a Saturday, for a group of adults i support. I had already heard great things about this place and wanted to check it out. Everyone was so friendly and accomidating. We brought our own packed lunch and sat in the picnic area which was relaxing and surrounded by lovely gardens and views. There was a quiet space called "the bubble" which was so tranquil inside, warm and cosy where a couple people ate their lunch away from the wind. During animal club activity everyone was able to have the opitunity to bath a tourtoise, hold guinea pigs and feed the goats. We then did some pony grooming, dressing up the ponies and then had the oppitunity to take the ponies for a little walk which everyone absolutely loved. Emma and reece were absolutely brilliant with all of the people we support and made everything inclusive and fun. Everywhere was accessible there was a brilliant play park. Unfortunately we didn't have time to go to the cafe but it looked really welcoming. And they have an amazing, sensory room that can be booked/hired. I would highly recommend visiting. Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon.

What a lovely accessible place. All people working were lovely. The grounds are lovely and accessible. The animals are well cared for and have plenty to graze on. The toddler loved all areas. Such a serene place. Came here randomly, so glad we did

Great place for a day out with the children. Visiting the farm and animals then a stop in the cafe for a coffee and sandwich freshly made. Delicious 😋
