Great communication with simple entry instructions made arrival easy. The room was well furnished with a comfortable bed, and everything needed for a stay. The location was good for the seafront and the tiwn with lots of restaurants and cafes close by. Unfortunately during my stay there was a problem with the hot water which is why the review is not 5 stars. That said it was certainly good enough for me to return

I had a one night stay in a compact double room and it was perfect for my needs. Location was fab, was able to park as per instructions. Room was cosy and well appointed. Access to the property and room was straightforward. Lots of helpful messages from the host. Took one of the recommendations for breakfast in nearby cafe and it was 10/10. What a fabulous 24 hours in Brighton!

Bijou but comfortable room with all necessary facilities, comfortable bed and small but amenable bathroom. Relevant info provided on schedule as promised. Parking is limited and may not be immediately close by but was sufficient. Within 10-15 mins walk of Pavilion and city centre, with several excellent breakfast options in vicinity. Good, comfortable choice for a long weekend.
