About The Twenty One

Brighton's blend of Regency grandeur and seafront buzz sets the scene for The Twenty One, a bed-and-breakfast housed in a period townhouse on Charlotte Street. It's a short reach from the Royal Pavilion and Brighton Pier, with the pubs, restaurants and entertainment of the city centre all close by.

Rooms are en-suite and individually styled, with some looking out towards the sea, and each comes stocked with drinks. Breakfast is included, WiFi is free throughout, and staff are on hand around the clock, with luggage storage available for early arrivals or late departures.

Beyond the front door, Brighton offers cycling and walking routes, watersports along the coast, and golf and fishing nearby for those wanting to venture further out. It's a compact, well-placed base for exploring a city that rewards being on foot.

The owner was lovely. She took time to make sure we were looked after. She was warm and chatty. The room was very cosy, quaint and interesting for instance one wall had deep blue peacock wallpaper, overall tasteful and a bit quirky. She gave us a bigger room. She was relaxed and kindly accommodated us with a vegan brekkie. The only down side was parking. Thanks for a lovely stay

This was a fantastic place to stay in Brighton. It was spotlessly clean, very quiet and comfortable, and super cute. Everything smelled so lovely, the sheets, towels, toiletries, which was a real pleasure for me. My breakfast was very delicious and the owner was lovely, kind and welcoming.

Guys massive whatchout the limit timming for the breakfast is really early ! Even on Sundays ! So if you want to sleep late and still eat, don’t count on it. Breakfast and the team were nice but we couldn’t go back nor recommend it to others because of the check out timing, sorry team ! Team yes we slept there, we had the room at the top which we could hear the neighbours sometimes but it was not a problem. Your staff was lovely so we are sorry again.

This was an amazing hotel. I really loved everything about it. Suzie was a fantastic host. I would 1000% recommend this hotel. It's in easy access to the main tourist area but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. East access to the sea front. Breakfast was included and you can chat to the staff as they make your breakfast, which was delicious! It has a very homely feeling like you're visiting friends. Will definitely be staying again ❤️❤️
