What visitors say
We did Loot the Lanes with a group of 8, and had a wonderful time. We all got the chance to be involved with something, and there were plenty of great puzzles involving team work or multiple group members. The staff were lovely and super friendly. Loot the Lanes was a beautiful multiple room underground set, and really well made. It was casual and relaxing fun we had on a long weekend, we finished the room in 53 mins and no hints. Which brings me onto the first "downside" in my opinion. We did have a large group but it was honestly quite easy, I found the puzzles rather simple and short. We didn't have many red herrings or items to throw us off, basically every item was used. It was quite linear and there was little question the use of each item. This leaves very little for members not very actively involved in the current puzzle to do, as there's very little searching or looking through the set. It also has a lot of sound features, and they can overlap a lot making each hard to hear. There was also a lack of any kind of clock or timer, and it felt like there wasn't a lot of pressure or tense atmosphere. All in all, would I reccomend it, definately especially if you like something casual or don't do a lot of escape rooms. Is it worth of the title of best escape room in the country, sadly I'd have to say I don't think so. There's simply too many smaller problems.

We have completed all their rooms. Most of them are good. Their theme are related to Brighton which is nice for travellers to experience something different. Staffs are helpful and the website is detailed about each room levels . We would have given five stars 🌟 if Loot the Lanes' props weren't broken and the room was fully functioning when we played it. It was quite disappointing given it was a high rated room. We also did some of their pop-up events and rooms. The Night at the Museum wasn't so well organised, so we didn't enjoyed it at all. Same goes for the Christmas Carol pop-up room. The i360 Murder Mystery was enjoyable. The actors did well on their part. However, I didn't like the food. ✨️Team Hurricaneger✨️

We have just completed our very first escape room at Pier Pressure (Bunker) and had an absolute blast. The staff is really nice and helpful, the set was great and the puzzles were fun. When needed clues were given but we still had a great sense of achievement when we managed to complete it with just 26 seconds left on the clock. I wouls highly recommend and will be back for the other ones they offer.

Visiting from Scotland and we love a wee escape room so decided to book the Ravers room to see what it was like. Enjoyed it so much that we immediately booked up the Alice in Wonderland one the next day. Both rooms were absolutely brilliant. Excellent puzzles, fantastic props and a great sense of humour throughout. Hardly a padlock in sight! Would highly highly recommend and I wish you guys had a place up in Scotland so it’s not so far to travel.
