Great Air Conditioning! When you end up staying here on a record-breaking heat weekend, this is one of the most important things. I was on the top floor and between the AC and the fan it was nice and cool. The bed and pillows were firm but not bad and the former was a good size while the latter were plentiful. The only caveat is that the bathrooms are small and the showers may prove a challenge for larger guests; but, if you go in knowing that it's not an issue. Rooms are nicely decorated with good amenities, and, of course, the Garden Cafe is below and they easily have some of the best vegetarian and vegan food in Brighton that even a non-vegetarian, like myself, can enjoy. With easy access to most of the city attractions, this is a real gem. I would be very likely to stay there again, especially during the season.

Cappadocia Guesthouse is the cozy place to go, when you need a welcoming accommodation. The staff is very friendly and helpful, the room I lived in, gave me the feeling of being at home. The Garden Café that belongs to the facility helped me to start my day with delicious and healthy food within it‘s beautiful decorated atmosphere. I will come back for sure!

The rooms are tiny, and uncomfortable. Access with bags is difficult. The bathroom was minuscule & shabby (not chic). We shan’t be booking again. Great location for North Laine though. Parking is close by but £34 for the night! Brighton itself was also disappointing - as an aside…

We stopped here for Coffee and pastries whilst in Brighton for a day out. Lovely service and a delightful garden and turkish lamp themed decor makes for a lovely setting. The coffee and pastries were excellent, very fresh and delicious. Whilst we didn't have sandwiches, they looked amazing too!
