The staff member who help us re-book a game was an absolute angel! We booked 2 games, the first game was super fun and everyone was respectful of each other, but our 2nd game was a disaster. It was mostly all new players who couldn’t follow the rules and were incredibly disrespectful when playing, so we decided to cut our game short and let a staff member know. The staff member we spoke to at the tills handled our situation amazingly, they apologised over again (for something that’s obviously not their fault) and said we could play the next game which had different players and offered us a free drink, we ended up declining the offer and they said they will put it on our account that we have a free game to use. Thank you so much to that staff member because of them our evening didn’t turn sour!

What could have been a disaster was saved by the fantastic staff. Unfortunately due to no fault of the staff the system was down I had 8 excited children ready to play but was unable too. Manager Andy was very kind trying his best but supported by his fantastic staff Akila and Lucy who were truly amazing to all customers (mostly children) they handle everyone with kindness and understanding!! Amazing staff offered refunds and drinks 100%fantastic service. Hattie and Craig the other staff members were also amazing! Well done lazerzone for employing such wonderful people. We are heading back today because of this wonderful service x

We had so much fun here! We went as a student society and everyone had an absolute blast, the team were really lovely and thoughtful (we even played against them!) we loved the refreshments section with deodorant and that, such a great bonus. We even got a cute little key chain! Thank you so much for bringing out the robot, helping us run our event, and just bringing the best vibes. We would definitely recommend this to student societies looking for a sober social- it's a MUST!
