About Hotel Una
Brighton Pier and the Royal Pavilion are both within easy reach of Regency Square, making Hotel Una a handy base for exploring the seafront and the city's older quarters on foot. The Lanes, with their pubs, restaurants and shops, are close by too, so evenings out don't require much planning or a car.
The hotel itself has 18 rooms, well finished and kept properly clean, with comfortable beds and decent amenities throughout. Breakfast is a highlight, with a good range of options to start the day, and the bar has an eclectic, individual character that makes it worth a visit even for non-residents. A restaurant and snack bar cover other meals, while free WiFi, luggage storage and concierge services take care of the practical side of a stay. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful, and room upgrades are offered fairly often.
Free on-site parking is available, a genuine plus in this part of Brighton where street parking is limited. With entertainment, pubs and restaurants all nearby, Hotel Una works well as a base for a short break built around the seafront and the town centre.

Where to start on how much I adore this hotel and my stay this week during the Develop conference. Elaina is the absolute loveliest woman as is everyone else I encountered. Nothing too much trouble. Upgraded me to the balcony room which was so nice in the evenings on such a hot week. No a/c but the room stayed quite cool w a massive fan and lots of windows with charming wooden door style blinds. Bed was super comfortable with extremely soft sheets and plenty of pillows. Big tub, generous shower, great l'occittaine amenities. Fluffy large towels and bathrobes. The bar downstairs is such a gem w a very thorough whiskey selection. I did not have the opportunity to try what looked like a lovely buffet breakfast but they were kind enough to bring a flat white to my room on request I must have raved to a dozen people this week about it. Very reasonable rates too. Cannot wait to return. Thank you again Elaina and team for making a grueling week feel like a few days with family

My girlfriend and I were going to stay 2 nights in Vedea. A small room which was very cosy and had a lot of character. There was a slight disturbance from other guests on our floor and when I asked them about it they upgraded us. I didn't ask to move, I wasn't complaining about the noise, just lightly brought it up. We loved the room so much that we decided to stay another night, which was very easy to book! The staff are so friendly. They're warm, welcoming, and so polite. I slept insanely well all 3 nights, and a lot of the time I just wanted to chill in the room because of how comfortable it was. Loved everything! Will for sure come back again!

We enjoyed a wonderful weekend during the Brighton Marathon. Hotel Una is a cute place, beautifully decorated, with its own charm, different from any standard hotel. The staff is kind and proactive. A special thanks to Jelena and Daniela for being so nice and helpful. I am already thinking of staying there for next year marathon!!
