About One Broad Street
Travellers after an uncomplicated city break rather than a sprawling resort will find One Broad Street fits the bill. With just eight rooms, this Brighton hotel keeps things small and straightforward, making it a good match for couples, solo visitors or anyone who wants a quiet base without a lot of fuss.
Each room comes with its own en-suite bathroom, and staff are available at the 24 hour reception whenever guests need them, whether that's a late check-in after a long journey or an early start the next morning. The setup is simple rather than lavish, geared towards those who mainly want a comfortable place to sleep between days out.
The location on Broad Street puts guests close to Brighton Centre, and the wider city of Brighton itself is within easy reach. It suits anyone keen to spend their time exploring the seafront and streets rather than the hotel itself.
What guests say
We booked 4 individual rooms at One Broad Street. All were very comfortable, especially the bed. Very central to everything and just minutes from the seafront. We had regular contact with Michelle and Jaqi prior to our trip and both were incredibly accommodating and helpful at all times. Would highly recommend a stay here

I stayed 5 nights and had a lovely time in this hotel. Very well located, cosy. It can be noisy sometimes but only on the weekends. I definitely recommend this place and the service from Michelle is excellent.

A disappointing experience 1. The keypad was broken, and we could not get into the room. Needed a security guy to get the keys and waited for like 30 minutes... They need to fix it. 2. The room was okay. The double bed was composed of two mattresses of different sizes. Comfortable but indelicate and careless. 3. Inconsistent hair dryer 4. Shower difficult to use, overall not worth the price 5. Absolutely horrible sound insulation... For God's sake don't book this hotel The Team's reply was lying... 1. falsely accusing me of using bad language. 2. it took them 30 minutes to arrive 3. They are NOT solving this issue for future residents

My partner and I booked a weekend stay here to celebrate our anniversary and get away from the kids. We weren’t disappointed with the hotel’s funky interiors that were stunning. We found our room clean and warm (and left well stocked by housekeeping!). The best bits of Brighton are only a few mins stroll away, with the sea just down the road. Plenty of good eateries and bars just on the doorstop made our stay fun and the rooms mini kitchen super handy when bringing back food to prepare ourselves. Highly recommended.
