A truly charming visit, especially during Christmas. Mompesson House felt warm and festive, with beautiful decorations that briught its historic interiors to life. A cosy and magical experience right in the heart of Salisbury! ✨🎄

Well worth a visit, especially when you take the time to hear the talk from the volunteers about the history of the house (Thank you Chris). Very pleasant garden, cafe (thank you girls on cafe duty) and loo.

Small but beautiful, with knowledgeable and friendly volunteers who run talks on the house and its history. I learnt so much about several families that lived here. The café is wonderful in the sunshine and has great refreshments on offer. I loved the second hand book shop and picked up a great book that I read in the café. The outdoor exit can be a little tricky, so be sure to follow the instructions on the door.
