Clover Cottage is a purpose-built single-storey property set within 11 acres of woodland and countryside in Broadland. The location works equally well for a quiet retreat or as a base for exploring Norfolk—the Broads, unspoilt coastline, and Norwich are all within easy reach, and the nearby Marriotts Way offers 27 miles of cycle and walking routes.
Inside there is one bedroom with zip-and-link beds, a wet room with shower, and an open-plan living and dining space. The kitchen is equipped to cook proper meals, with an electric cooker, microwave and fridge-freezer. An enclosed garden with patio and built-in barbecue opens from the cottage. Parking for one car is on site, and there's a cycle store if you plan to use the local paths. Essentials including electricity, bed linen, towels and wifi are covered. One dog is welcome. Smoking is not permitted indoors.
A shop lies half a mile away, and a pub serving food is a mile distant. The cottage's design includes wide doorways and ramps throughout.
