A really comfortable stay here with a large family room. Room was spotless and had a bath as well as a shower with enough towels and tea/coffee. Parking was sufficient and private and ground floor was spacious with a lot of natural light. Windows a little hard to close and sofa bed could have been a bit more comfortable. Breakfast had a "full" selection on offer. Staff were really excellent and it was an excellent stay in location right next to the airport (but no noisy) but close to the city centre that we wanted. I highly recommended this hotel.

The room was a good size, however the beds were extremely uncomfortable and the pillows were either too soft or too hard. The aircon in the room also did not work, but we were given 2 fans upon request which was nice. The chain lock on the door though was a nice touch and made me feel a lot safer. The food was nice, but there were some aspects which were not appetising such as gherkins too salty and onions rings burnt. The pizza and chips were really nice though. The duck salad was nice but was also a little burnt and had blueberries in it which was a little random. The menu as a whole was disappointing. Also there wasn't many zero drink options. The amenities were limited in the spa area; the pool is only like half its size due to the hottub being half way in the pool. The changing room showers were absolutely disgusting. The windows in the communal areas were also mouldy and looked like they had wood rot. That being said, the staff were really friendly, attentive and helpful both at front desk and in the restaurant.

Stayed here on a bank holiday weekend break in Norwich and was impressed. The staff were all polite, cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The exterior of the hotel is a bit scruffy but the interior is fine. I’d stay there again.

Hotel is always clean and tidy and comfortable. Staff are all friendly and polite. I would like to say how impressed I am with the lady that said has been working in the resturant for the last month or so(i didnt catch her name). She served us yesterday for lunch and was so kind and friendly with the children, very attentive and polite whilst serving us. Completely different atmosphere in the resturant and enjoyable experience over the past few months now and much more child friendly than when we used to come.
