Arundel House Hotel

Calm and comfortable stay, although the furniture's are a bit worn out. Some of the staff are nice, but not all of them, specially late in the evening. Moreover I should have wait a while before someone can check me (I have arrived at 8:00 pm in summer). The breakfast is the standard continental breakfast (toast, cheese, ham, fruit, yoghurt, breakfast cereals, and pastry. There is no air-conditioning in the room and it can be quite warm during the day, although my room was towards the back of the Coach house, so it was cooler at night. There is a parking but I don't know the rules since I didn't come with car. The bus stop is very close, but the bus schedule is not reliable. The location is good. It's about 10 minutes walk to the city center. There are a lot of good restaurants and pubs, and icecream shops in the center. The important thing to know is there are a lot of stairs everywhere in the hotel. If you have luggage or bad knees. The rooms are not soundproof so you can easily hear other rooms radio, tv, or conversation. It's far from the train station.

When I first laid eyes on this place, I thought it was the perfect place to escape most of the hustle and bustle of London. When I first entered, what struck me the most was the nice interior of the building. The staff was friendly to some extent, but the building was like a maze. Rooms everywhere, and worst of all, there was no aircon and fan! The TV is so small, and the kettle was filled with plastic! The only escape there was the nice park opposite the hotel. It is a nice place to go punting and get yourself a cool drink. There is also some geese, ducks, and swans there. You can buy some ice cream for yourself and buy food for the birds there. The rooms are infested with bugs and smelly. Not advisable to come unless you are really strong to be able to carry your own heavy luggage or staying here for a short time. For this outrageous price, it is not worth it.

Well we have had super weekend. When we arrived at the hotel a lovely young lady greeted us and made us so welcome. Room was clean i read reviews very unfair a hotel a place to sleep and wash .everything was clean.saying dated everyone choice i dont go away looking at curtains or decor! We went restaurant for a meal two steaks bottle wine lovely for £50. Two young men served us we cannot fault very nice men even at breakfast looked after us! Had a super time and we will certainly return .one review mention the breakfast again we had no. Complaints think maybe you should look at others as for the cost location worth every penny! We will certainly return thank you for letting us come to your hotel 5⭐️

Bloody magnificent! Great hotel if you like constantly living in repulsive living conditions! Say hello to many of my new bug friends! The view is gorgeous and the kettle is full of yummy microplastics!! Perfect escape from the coldness of London and the city! It’s like a perfect tropical island full of the occasional fly! It’s also good to train your eyesight!! The TV is so small, it constantly trains your eyes to focus on the small booger-like players on the screen!! Best part, there is a bathtub and a shower combined!! Ok, imagine your normal bathtub, but with a shower head mounted on top!! The smell is great too! It reminds me of my 98 year old grandma!!! Ahhh so nostalgic…… This hotel has a great abundance of dust!!! So great, I know right? You can get maximum natural air due to the lack of fans and Aircons!!! The location here is great!! There is a nice pond opposite the nice hotel! There is lots and lots of cute geese, goslings , pigeons , swans and ducks!! It also is a form of strength training!! As there is an amazing free addition to your bill!! No bellboy!!!! It is overall a great hotel, definitely recommended to come!!!!!
