I had a very pleasant stay at Premier Inn Cambridge North (Girton). The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. Their professional yet warm approach really made a difference. Breakfast did not offer a wide selection, as it focused mainly on traditional English breakfast options, but everything was absolutely excellent. The food was fresh, well prepared, and very tasty – a perfect start to the day. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean, and quiet, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. We stayed here as a group of 12, across 4 rooms. The service we had was exceptional. Rooms: Smaller hotel, with a downstairs and 1 floor, rooms were clean, tidy and crucially for our stay had air conditioning. The dinner / breakfast is in a now defunct Beefeater. Due to this service is a little slower, but this was clearly explained to us and food was tasty. Location: Ample free parking, just register your car at reception. Really lovely surroundings and a short walk to Cambridge, but also bus routes nearby. Service: This is where our experience was further elevated. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. As a large group they catered us for breakfast and dinner and despite (in my opinion) being understaffed, nothing was too much. Particular shout outs for us were for Laurence and Tracy. But kudos to the whole team, clearly something is being done right here as staff were all friendly and so very helpful. We will definitely be back again.

Great check-in experience with Andrea who was very friendly polite and efficient. Had the meal deal which is great value for money and Tracey who was on dinner service was very welcoming, accommodating and good sense of humour. This was a business trip but I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if ever I am In Cambridge again. The hotel is quiet and you can request a room with windows that you can open if you prefer. All in all a great stay ! Premier Inn - you can’t go wrong 😊

Stayed at the Girton, Cambridge for 2 nights on a business trip. A very quiet and peaceful location. The room was clean and the bed comfy. My only gripe was that due to the temparture being above 30°c that week, there was no openable window in my room and no air conditioning which made it a bit unbearable. The meals were fresh, the portions ample and value for money especially the meal deal. My server was Tracy who was very pleasant, friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was decent and can have either continental or a fully cooked meal. Would recommend staying here.
