My partner and I visited the bay today and, of course, had to stop for ice cream. My partner is lactose intolerant, and when we mentioned this, the member of staff went above and beyond to accommodate us. She was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the whole place felt clean and welcoming with a great atmosphere. My partner’s ice cream was prepared separately, away from the dairy, which we really appreciated. We both loved the flavours we chose, and the portions were generous too! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area.
