Stayed here last weekend with my daughter and had such a wonderful stay. The room was lovely but what really made it was the amazing gentleman on the front desk. He was so welcoming and we had an amazing repore with him and banter was flying around so much. Thank you kindly and if we are ever near Cardiff again, there is only one place I will look to stay.

Had a really warm welcome from the manager even though it was 1am in the morning. Rooms were spotlessly clean towels bedding etc. All the facilities one needs. Very friendly helpful staff. Will certainly book again Tony and Val

Close to the airport is a positive. Pictures online don't show the aging state of the property. Rooms are dated and bathrooms make you want to hold it. Staff were friendly though we had an incident where someone came into our room without knocking, which felt a little invasive.
