Very smelly and carpets look like they need a good clean throughout. Definitely ready for a good revamp. Water pressure is next to nothing on the shower. Would get more use with a cup of water. Would definitely not stay there again

Rooms plus bathrooms were nice & clean. There plenty of towels available. No toiletries though except toilet roll. Tea & coffee was provided in the room but if we needed any extra we had to collect ourselves from reception. I suppose for late night stay this was ok. Overall staying with my family was a pleasant experience.

Perfectly good stop off for the night whilst travelling north on M6. Bedroom clean and comfy and bathroom clean too. Nice touches like providing a fan in hot weather. Staff friendly and helpful. We'd use again.

It's on the South bound M6. Our satnav insisted we drive 22 miles extra. There is a local private access for Lodge guests. Excellent instructions at reception. But.....
