Native American Tipi

Carmarthenshire

Photo: Google Maps

This tipi in Carmarthenshire is fully equipped for self-catering. The single open-plan space holds a double bed and two single beds, a wood-burning stove, a gas hob for cooking, and a dining area. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with initial logs for the stove; further logs cost £5 per basket. The communal facilities—a log cabin with gas oven and additional cooking space, external shower block with cubicles and toilets, and a composting loo—are shared with other properties on the site.

The tipi sits in woodland gardens in a quiet corner of the county. You have your own garden area with seating and a firepit, plus access to a larger communal fire-pit and family play space. Parking is on site. This is not a place for smoking.

The setting appeals to small groups or couples seeking a low-key break away from everyday life. The wooded grounds and gardens make it suitable for children, and the mix of private and communal spaces means families can cook their own meals or gather around the fire together.
