Haven’t visited yet but the customer service is absolute 5 star. Booked a ticket to see a movie on May 25. Couldn’t attend due to train cancellations and, despite the non-refundable policy, they refunded my tickets and I received the refund in less than 24 hours! So efficient. We will definitely visit soon 😊

Staff is good, decor and facilities are fine. The app and customer experience and service is pathetic. Don’t buy the Omnipass ever as you will regret it. Mostly the shows run with leas than 5% occupancy still their is no response on complaints and booking atrocities to allow booking seats together as individual pass holders. Glad to be coming out of their trap soon.

Never had an issue with this cinema. Always polite and the front desk and the screen rooms are always clean and pleasant. Sound quality is in the normal non imax rooms and generally enjoy watching films here.

Moviegoers appreciate this cinema for its comfortable seating, which includes both recliners and sofas, alongside a good selection of films. Visitors also highlight the reasonable prices and clean facilities.
Some reviews mention the staff can be unhelpful.
