Minus the parking nightmare….which I later found out as guest you get 50% off parking fees by the Nicholson shopping centre, you have to validate your ticket at reception. My bathroom when trying to have a shower was like crazy rain, water coming from all angles, left a note before I left in the morning and the issue was fixed by the time returned. Staff are so polite and helpful, restaurant is the best I have come across since staying in so many other Premier Inns. Staff are amazing. This hotel is surprisingly not as noisy as the others. Great customer service overall.

I recently stayed here for a few days and found it to be a nice spot. 🏨 The only minor challenge is its location on a one-way high street, which makes drop-offs or pick-ups a bit tricky due to no parking. However, there's a convenient Omniplex cinema nearby with parking available for about £7.50 for 24 hours. 🅿️ Overall, a pleasant stay! 😊

Good location in the centre of Sutton, about a 10 minute steady walk from the local station. Efficient and friendly check in-no posh receptions here! Rooms are standard but clean and in good order with tea and coffee and a small tv. Bed was comfy and hotel was lovely and quiet all night. The standout for this property is the attached restaurant. For a very reasonable fee you can add a two course evening meal with drink, and the unlimited breakfast to your stay. The restaurant was practically empty when I attended, but the food was very good and the staff very nice. Breakfast was also really good with full English and continental options. A great stay for a very good price.

As with every Premier inn all clean and the reception staff helpful and friendly beds and pillows very comfortable. A good reception on decent size tv .I had to ask at reception for more coffee and sugar as used what was supplied. Not a problem getting more from very helpful lady so yes this is as good as all the Premier inn in have stayed in
