Through the front door of Ty Ynys, you enter a newly built house designed around togetherness. The ground floor holds three generous bedrooms with king beds and ensuites, plus a utility room with laundry facilities. Upstairs, an open-plan living space spans the first floor—living area with smart TV and electric fire, dining area, and a kitchen equipped for actual cooking, with electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher and wine cooler. A fourth bedroom opens off this main space. Two further bedrooms occupy the second floor, one with a zip-and-link super king that splits into singles on request, the other a standard king. Six bathrooms in total, each with heated towel rails.
Outside, the house commands views across Cardigan Bay. A hot tub seats four; a private swim spa offers year-round use. The back garden has a sitting-out area, garden furniture and a firepit, with a gas BBQ available Easter to September. Parking covers three cars, plus an electric vehicle charging point. The whole property is yours alone, and one well-behaved pet is welcome. Wifi, electricity, bed linen and towels are included. The location works well for families or groups heading to Cardigan Island Coastal Farm Park and the surrounding coast.

Just returned home from a wonderful family holiday staying in Sandbank for our mums birthday. Spotlessly clean, amazing views and so much space. Everything we needed was there and the children loved the hot tub. We hope to come back.

Absolutely stunning accommodation, we stayed in Ty Dewi for a 40th celebration. The views were amazing, beautiful walks. Everything needed within the house. We ordered a food delivery for arrival. Absolutely perfect.

Well designed new building. Plenty of parking. Not suitable for disabled due to steps in doors and child gates that don't come down. Plenty of beautiful walks around and restaurants near by. Messages to say under no circumstances can you charge electric cars here, so plan your journey as i didn'tt see any charger for miles. Bedrooms spacious clean and tidy 3 with en suites. The views were amazing watching sun rise and sunset. The kitchen is well equipped. The top floor bedroom was absolutely amazing the beds are all very comfortable. Hot tub to side of building could possibly do with a little fence between neighbours for privacy. Take your own toilet rolls as they don't provide it, Tesco does deliveries here again prebook your slot for when you arrive. The phone doesn't work when you want to request recycling bags or any issues you have, but a man appears in the garden area each morning, so ask him. Absolutely loved our stay here would definitely recommend and will definitely return here.
