Brilliant parking but IDIOT Showsec staff who don't let Car Park users go through to Victoria station for a drink or something to eat if they're early. We were made to walk down the hill and across then back up towards Victoria station just because the Showsec staff weren't ready to let us through doors to the train station. Stupid!!!! The Car park had plenty of spaces and had a good flow of traffic at the end of the Gig we attended.

Welp not parking here again, ok so to admit i did accidently forget to pay for parking after leaving at 1am on feb 2nd......fair enough my fault. so received my penalty letter for a £60 pound charge....again fair enough......although.....i didn't receive the letter until the 28th of march......aswell as another letter on the same day saying i missed my 2 weeks to pay the £60 fine so now i have to pay £100........im sorry what?? you guys sent me a letter that didn't arrive for 2 months yet im getting screwed??? and then better yet i can't appeal. you know why? because they sent me to debt collector's for £170.......which the letter was sent on the 23rd of march......which i didn't receive until the 31st of march!!! like come on guys multi million pound business and you can't even send me a god damn letter!!! but yet you took my money quick enough didn't you???

I used this parking for a concert in the AO Arena. I pre-booked online and arrived late (after the door time of the concert) and still managed to find a place on the top most level. After the concert, the staff managed the queues well to help people exit the parking. Bare in mind that it can take some time to exit if you park on the top levels. Bays and ramps are very narrow so might be difficult for large vehicles.

Brilliant parking for getting to places like Arndale, the football museum, and surrounding attractions. We’ve parked here four or five times when visiting Manchester and it’s always been in a great location and very easy to use. I’d recommend pre-booking, as it seems to be cheaper. The only thing worth noting is that the car park is quite tight, so just take a bit of care when parking.

People say this car park offers convenient pre-booking, reasonable pricing, and helpful staff who manage queues well, especially for events.

Other reviews mention the ramps and turns can be extremely tight, and exiting can be slow after events.
